Q: How many types of Rise & Recline chairs do you have available?
A: Here at MSL we have 7 different styles of chair to choose from, including dual motor chairs, single motor chairs and a wallhugger. Click here for the full list.
Q: What is the difference between a dual-motor and a single-motor chair?
A: A dual-motor chair enables you to independently control the backrest and the footrest whilst a single-motor ensures the footrest automatically rises when the backrest is reclined (you cannot control them separately).
Q: What brand are the Rise & Recline chairs you have available?
A: Our range of Rise & Recline chairs along with sofas and footstalls are all made by CosiChair. CosiChair manufactures their furniture to the highest standards by using quality materials and craftsmanship - they are all manufactured in the UK.
Q: Do you have any chairs that reach the Trendelenburgh position?
A: Yes, the Ambassador chair reaches the Trendelenburgh position, which gives high leg elevation and raises the seat higher than the heart.
Q: Can I choose different fabrics and colours for my Rise & Recline chair?
A: Of course! We have an extensive selection of fabrics and colours to ensure you find a chair that suits your needs and matches your personality. Many fabrics are available from stock, however if they are specially 'made-to-order' then we can get them to you within 4-5 weeks.

Q: I would like a sofa to match my Rise & Recline chair, is this possible?
A: Yes it is indeed. We have matching 2-seater and 3-seater sofas available to go with any of our Rise & Recline chairs along with footstalls.
Q: Do they come with a warranty?
A: Our dual-motor chairs come with a 5 year warranty, whilst our single-motor chairs come with a 3 year warranty, so you will have peace of mind.
Q: Where can I see the chairs before I buy, do you have a showroom?
A: We have Rise & Recline chairs on display at our shop in Fleet and at Longacres in Bagshot (we are situated in the entrance). Feel free to come and visit us today!
